Ogasawara Residence Today
Over the course of one and a half years of repairs, the interior of the Count Ogasawara Residence was revived after 75 years. Remodeling included repairs to each room, beginning with stained glass being set in the ceiling of the lobby, a spacious cloister, cigar room and lounge. Though now predominantly run as a restaurant, this historically valuable structure contains a cafe area with no reservation needed, classes of Ogasawara manner class, gallery, a wine cellar in the basement and, also be used as a wedding venue. Weddings held in the expansive garden play out as though taken from one scene in a movie.
